Grape Salad

I found this recipe at Key Ingredient.


2 lbs seedless green grapes
2 lbs seedless red grapes
8 oz cream cheese (softened)
8 oz sour cream
1/2 cup white sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
4 oz chopped pecans
2 TBSp brown sugar
1 cup granola 

How to make it:

Wash and dry the grapes.
In a large bowl, mix together the cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, and vanilla.
Add the grapes, mix until evenly incorporated.
Sprinkle with brown sugar and pecans, mix again, refrigerate until serving.
Top with granola right before serving and Enjoy!
