1 bunch uncooked broccoli (chopped)
1/2 cup crumbled cooked bacon
1/2 cup cashews
1/3 cup rasins
1/4 cup red onions (chopped)
1 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup sugar
2 TBsp apple cider vinegar
How to make it:
Mix the first five ingredients in a large bowl.
In a second bowl, beat the last three ingredients together gently until smooth to make the dressing.
Toss the salad mixture with the dressing 10 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld and Enjoy!
