Along with the sandwiches, pasta, and salad, I thought a simple platter of fruit with this fluffy fruit dip with great.
What you need:
1 small jar of Marshmallow Cream
1 small tub of Original Whipped Cream Cheese
Lemon juice
Assorted fruit
How to make it:
In a bowl of an electric mixer, combine the marshmallow cream and half of the whipped cream cheese. (can add more cream cheese if wanted)
Combine until smooth, mix in a few drops of lemon juice.
When well blended put in a bowl and serve with assorted fruit then ENJOY!
