What you need:
1 cup unsalted butter (room temperature)
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1 package Cookies 'n Cream pudding mix
2 eggs (room temperature)
1 tsp vanilla
2 1/4 cups all purpose flour (sifted)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
10 Oreos (chopped)
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
How to make them:
Preheat oven to 350˚F.
Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
In a bowl of an electric mixer, cream together the butter and sugars until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes.
Stir in pudding mix, until incorporated.
Add in eggs and vanilla, until well combined.
Sift together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
Add flour mixture to the butter mixture, mix well.
Chop ten Oreos into small pieces.
Add chopped Oreos and white chocolate chips to the dough.
Stir until all ingredients are combined.
Scoop dough onto prepared cookies sheets.
Bake for 7-9 minutes or until slightly brown on top.
Take out of oven and let cool on baking sheet for 2 minutes then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely, then ENJOY!
