Salmon recipe from The Real Deal Marin.
I made the Gluten & Wheat Free Orzo Salad alternating
the Faro for the Orzo to accommodate my friend's allergy.
Grilled Marinaded Salmon
Ingredients:
1/3 cup soy sauce
4 TBsp orange juice
2 TBsp olive oil
1/2 tsp mustard
1 small green onion (thinly sliced)
1 garlic clove (diced)
1/2 tsp ginger (minced)
2 TBsp tomato sauce (alternative: ketchup)
1 tsp lemon juice
How to make it:
Measure soy sauce in a measuring cup.
Add in the remaining ingredients.
Stir with a whisk.
Pour over salmon and marinade for 30 minutes.
Grill till salmon flakes.
Peel off skin and ENJOY!
