Did you know that yesterday was National S'mores Day?  Well, I did!  So I made some homemade  Fluffy Marshmallows and Homemade Graham Crackers, smeared on some Jif Whipped Peanut Butter & S'mores Spread and made some S'mores to celebrate!

How did you celebrate National S'mores Day?

Homemade Graham Crackers

Recipe from Little House Living

What you need:

1 1/2 cup all purpose flour (sifted)
1 1/2 cup wheat flour (sifted)
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup unsalted butter (softened)
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 TBsp honey

How to make them:

In a bowl of an electric mixer, mix together the honey, sugar, salt, and butter until well blended.
In a separable bowl sift together the flours, baking soda, and cinnamon.
Add the flour mixture to the butter mixture, adding it 1/2 cup at a time until well incorporated.
Place the dough in between wax paper or parchment paper and roll out.
Cut into squares, place the crackers on a baking pan and put in the freezer for 15-20 minutes to harden up.
Preheat the oven to 350˚F.
Take the crackers out of the freezer and place on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet.
Poke with forks tines.
Bake for 4-5 minutes, flip over carefully with a spatula and bake another 3-4 minutes. (Watch carefully so they don't burn).
Let cool on baking sheet for a couple minutes then transfer to a wire rack to finish cooling.
Then ENJOY!

These are perfect paired with some Fluffy Marshmallows and chocolate for some S'mores!
