A Secret Garden

     On Saturday, June 16th, I was welcomed into a mystical garden baby shower just for me.  I am usually the one hosting the party, so it was definitely a change for me to be the guest of honor.  Everything was soooooooooo beautiful!  Was totally taken back with all the love, thought, hard work, and creativity that my besties, Tori (Lil' Mrs. Crafty) & Kristi, put into planning this special day for me.  Just take a look at these wonderful pictures Kristi took for me, so I could enjoy myself.

Our Summer Bucket List

     Another busy busy day....This morning Liam and I went grocery shopping for a few ingredients to make a wonderful dinner for our friends the Grants (Tori from Lil' Mrs. Crafty). They recently welcomed their little bundle of joy Ryan into their family.  With the hustle bustle of taking care of a newborn plus a two year old, dinner can sometimes be left as an afterthought.  So, I made some lasagna and Ooey Gooey Butter Cake Bars, packed up some salad, garlic bread, some "It's a Boy!" chocolate candies, and a bottle of Asti Champagne to celebrate!  Once everything was packed and ready to go, Liam picked Feeding the Ducks from Our Summer Bucket, which we did after we dropped off the dinner basket to our friends.

The ducks, geese, birds, and seagulls were really happy to 

see Liam and all the bread he brought with him.  After a few 

minutes of feeding them they started flying out of the water 

and walking up to him.  Once all our bread was gone, 

we headed home for a much needed nap for both of us.
