- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup milk
- 3/4 cup flour
- 4 eggs
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- Honey; optional

- 2Preheat oven to 375°F
- 3Generously grease 12 muffin cups, including the edges and around the top; set aside.
- 4In a medium saucepan melt butter; add milk. Bring to boiling.
- 5Add flour all at once, stirring vigorously.
- 6Cook and stir until mixture forms a ball that does not separate.
- 7Remove from heat; cool for 5 minutes.
- 8Add the eggs, one at a time, beating with a wooden spoon after each addition or until smooth.
- 9Divide dough evenly among prepared muffin cups, filling cups about 2/3 full; sprinkle with sugar.
- 10Bake about 30 minutes or until golden and puffy. remove from pan.
- 11Serve immediately.
